How to sell your products on our Marketplace

A. We will provide the Excel file template to fill up with your products name, description, prices, inventory, etc..

B. Once the template is ready, send it to us at info@nguwah.com and we will create the provided products under your store name.

C. You will be notified via email, if there is any order received.

D. For delivery, our logistic partner will contact you for the last mile delivery.

Payout schedule

1. The current payout schedule of Ngu Wah Online Platform will take a 3~5 business days. We will do the transfer of Sales total after platform fees to the merchant designated account.

2. Sales process will be released on the next working day if the Public Holiday falls on Monday.

Marketplace Commission Rate
